Biography

Evelyn is a seasoned professional with thorough experience in building senior leadership teams as well as hiring and setting up teams from scratch with global enterprises across Hong Kong, China, Asia Pacific, Europe and United States. Her primary focus is the Corporate and Business Services, Commercial and Engineering practices.

Evelyn has a proven track record working in various multinationals in the financial services, consumer, industrial and public utilities sector, and started her roots in executive search in her early career.

With 25 years of experience, Evelyn has rich knowledge in HR Strategy, driving organization growth, change management and culture, D&I, CSR, Sustainability and business transformation. Her extensive experience working for different industries and partnering with various CEO’s has equipped her with strong capabilities to help understand company’s needs for recommending the best talent resourcing solutions to key decision makers.

Evelyn holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling from University of South Australia and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and yoga.
